I would like to thank you for the services provided in my recent purchase of a property in Brisk Bay. The property selling agent was Bonnie Kohlhase, to which she provided great advice for the purchase of this property. Whilst she was away on leave in Canada, other members assisted me in my enquiries and also to arrange a tenant for this property with the minimal of fuss. Bonnie also delayed her departure to Canada to meet me when I went to Bowen to inspect the property, this showed how dedicated she was as a selling agent, and whilst on leave kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going well. I believe she also dealt with a very difficult and demanding seller in a professional way. I was very impressed from my early contact with Bonnie as she constantly supplied me with properties for sale in the region that met my conditions which I had requested some 6-8 weeks earlier. This lead to the purchase of 53 Edwards Esplanade Brisk Bay. During the purchase and settlement period, she did a wonderful job of providing advice required for the settlement and working with Jenny Fitch from Ruddy Tomlins & Baxter. As the seller of the property was a little bit difficult to work with, she did a wonderful job ensuring the seller that the extended settlement day would me met on time. She also ensured that the property was left in a clean and tidy manner ready for the tenants to move in on Sept 7 and assisted with using your company as the leasing agent. You may think this as part of her day to day duties, but I think it is worth mentioning that I currently live in Adelaide and only met Bonnie once during my visit to Bowen to purchase this property. All correspondence was done over the phone, email, and normal mail, and when required she contacted me outside her working hours to provide assistance and guidance to solve the issues. Over the years I have bought and sold many houses, and the service provided far outweighed my expectations and would be by far the best service I have had thanks to Bonnie.
